FNB Ropes in lots of new customers then cut benifi

I am starting to see a pattern emerging with FNB. They used to have great benefits, so they used those benefits to draw in millions of new customers using the Steve campaign. Now that they have all the new customers they are starting to cut back slowly hoping we won't notice. Among other things last years price review cut back on ebucks earning ability by adding a cap on how many ebucks could be earned on Plat Credit Cards and having the amount on Gold. This year they have gone and taken away our 3GB of free ADSL data just one month after I got my folks to install an ADSL line. The don't need discounted Uncapped ADSL. We also made the decision to go ADSL based on the fact that they would only need to pay for the line. The other trend that I am noticing with FNB is you are moving away from giving good benefits to everyone towards only giving benefits to people who mismanage their money by encouraging loans, overdrafts and budget spending on credit cards. Good for You, Bad for your Customers!
