Poor Service to Passport Holders

Im a foreigner and I bank with FNB. I've been their customer for the past 5 years. I think FNB should clearly state in all their advertising that foreigners that bank with them will not receive an y form of benefits in terms of credit cards and cellphones. If they clearly state this, we will gladly be made aware of the situation on the ground and we can always switch to other banks that respect us foreigners or passport holders as they call us. Behind all that customer care advertising and the millions of benefits that we thought we would enjoy, FNB does not cater for passport holders. I tried to get a smartphone but was told they don't give those to foreigners. After 5 years of banking with them I still haven't enjoyed banking with FNB. I tried to apply for a credit card but was denied. My salary consistently comes in through that bank and has been for the past 5years but my loyalty to the bank has proven fruitless.
