I have receive such a bad service from First for woman, my car had accident on the 6th of April 2013, till today nothing has been don't to it. They keep on saying they are waiting for parts, however they cannot send me a prove from supplier (ford) that shows they are waiting. I have to rent a car for myself. I would understand if they were communicating with me, every week I have to call them, I have to follow up with penal beaters myself. I don't understand if their penal beater is so busy to work on my car, why can't they move it to another penal beater because now I'm incurring cost of renting a car, and yet I pay them every month. I went to see penal beaters yesterday and they could not show me any proof. I'm not sure what to do anymore
