I had an Accident last month on the 03th July, I was arranged that my vehicle fixed at the above mentioned Penal Beaters. As per the arrangements between my insurance and the Panel Beaters i was promised to have the courtesy car while they are busy with my car, Nothing happened and every time i phone i have been told that they are spares for my car and the courtesy cars are not available.
counting the time they had my car, its been more than a month now and it might take them another month or two to get my car fixed, the MOST annoying thing everytime i call i have been promised that they will call me back of which they never did, not even once.
