Car payments arrears with two months. Nobody wants to accept payment arrangements. Instead I'm being yelled at & have the phone put down in my ear. Today I manage to speak to someone only to be told that I have to pay R5400 otherwise my car will be collected. I'm out of work (company closed) & going through a divorce. I've had a rough couples of months, hence the two months behind on payments with my car. I'm trying to sort my finances out with what I have & I'm being told to pay an amount that I can't. The only way I can is to skip payment on my rent and then what-it solves nothing. I know that arrangements can't be refused but how can this be solved when nobody listens at Wesbank. On top of this debit orders are being taken off an account which Wesbank has no authorisation for costing return fees on this account & yet its being denied. Please can someone help me with this. I can't pay something which leads me to more debt as I am trying to solve my current issue I have
