Payment Arrangement

We have an existing Wesbank account number 85150030533 - in which we have arrears of R-11 080.97 as per my FNB online banking statement. Due to the current financial climate we're unble to meet our contractual obligations and requested WESBANK to give us a 6 months payment plan of this amount inclusive of our monthly instalment of -R3300 which works out to -R5136.81. We were planning on having the actual arrears settled in December 2013, however our requests to do so were met with utter rejection by Wesbank. As per Celeste King (031 314 8426), we are now expected to pay in R12 003.00 which at this point and time are unable to do so hence the request for a payment plan. They have furthermore indicated that the car needs to be collected and send for an auction if and when we're unbale to come up with this amount. What kind of company does this to it's own customer's based onthe current economic trend? when they have previously billed us incorrectly on our account. All that we ask is a simple payment arrangement for just 6 months until we can get the account up to date. The vehicle that they are attempting to take back is actually used to transport our 3 kids to school everyday.
