For the past two months my account had been debited, withdrawals and purchases made, while i had my cards. I reported the matter and also received a new a card. I had to increase the loan amount i have with the bank to cover for my my Dec monthly debits while waiting for the matter to be investigated. i was eventually refunded.

At the end of January my account was over debited (R12213 instead of R1213) for the loan repayment. i reported the matter at the Hillcrest branch were i was told the brach could note take reponsbility for the agreement i made with the consultant at Atlyn branch. The consultant did eventually made contact with the Atlyn brach after the whole day of trying to verify witht the branch. My account was refunded and the correct debit made.

The latest horror drama happened on tuesday, on wednesday i discovered that the same purchases made on the 31 Dec 2012 happened again on the 11 Feb 2013. i reported this to the department, and i was told my account will be refunded within 48hrs.

The latest experience has been traumatic because i am stuck at work with no petrol money, and cant pay for my sons' swimming and computer lessons at creche. im so stressed!!!
