Poor Service

Over a week ago we have sent and gone into African Bank Greenacres to request a settlement figure on my fiance's loan. Till today we still have not received it. It is such a mission to get it out of them there is absolutely no personal service. We have given them his i.d. nr 3 times already and no positive response yet. It is getting totally out of hand. Sharon at Greenacres branch has been trying to assist us but with poor service as we have been put on the phone to the call centre and been sent from one to the other with no positive results. Surely it is not that difficult to give a settlement figure or should we just stop paying completely???
They are quick to give the loans but no personal service... where has the service gone?
