I went to the ATM trying to access some money in my credit card, to my surprise my account has been frozen, WHY? I am very disgusted with regards to this matter It seems like I have been paying and paying with no "greater" end-result. M GOING TO STOP PAYING THAT STUPID CREDIT CARD AND I WONT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE.
there is absolutely no personal service It is getting totally out of hand, they are quick to give the loans but no personal service... where has the service gone? African bank doesn't have any way of operating it's actually the worst bank i have ever come across with regards to service and process, their consultants don't know what they are talking about I spoke to many people but they are giving me different story all the time consultants don't know what they are talking about, after that they told me my account is overdrawn she cant even explain clearly what is that but iv been debited every month where is the money I'm being debited for??
I'M TIRED OF AFRICAN BANK AND THE POOR SERVICE I ALWAYS GET, IF THIS PROBLEM ITS NOT RESOLVED???
