After settling struggling to get settlement lette

I have settled my Personal loan a few days ago. I spoke to my personal banker to obtain a settlement letter and to close the account. She in turn contacted the Personal Loans department to get settlement letter, and have the account closed, and removed from my Internet banking.

The person from personal loans came with a million stories, but promised i would have received the letter yesterday afternoon. To my utter dismay this has not happened. You are very quick to call and harras if we are later with one payment, but when it comes to doing your job, you can do what you want.

So from today on-wards i will call you every hour and be very rude (Like you are) until this has been resolved.
