Not getting a definate answe

Good day, I withdrew my retirement fund when I left my previous company in December. On the 1st of Feb I received a sms from Alexander Forbes informing me that the transfer was made and that I will have my money within 3 days. On the 5th of Feb I was informed there was a problem regarding the transfer. I went to the bank, fixed the problem and phoned Alexander Forbes back. I was told I will receive my money in 3-5 working days. I then phoned again on the 8th of Feb, they then wanted copies of my bank statement and ID which I supllied the same day and was again told 3-5 working days. I phoned again on the 12th of Feb, they then only opened my documents they requested and once again I was told 3-5 working days. I phoned again today 14th Feb to hear once again it will take 3-5 working days. when I asked to speak to a supervisor or manager I was told he will phone be before close of business today. This is completely unexeptable
