On the 5th December, my pensionfund claim ws submitted to cut the long story short, claims department has been struggling to get Tax Directives n on 3 occassions i ws nevr informed i hd to find out each tym i call Alexandre Forbes. Friday i phoned de consultant had an attitude telling me they waiting for tax directive to arrive same day. Today i phoned again i am told tax was declined. Again no feedback frm Alexandre Forbes. I am not going to call SARS again for them. Somebody mst do their work there. I told to do it manually n now they didnt do it. Can't they think out of the box. I go extra mile at work for my customers but they jst being lazy. I wnt my money before the end of this week. I m not going to call them again. They mst stop asking us to rate their poor service... I claimed frm u before while working under Whirlpool the srvice ws much better but this is pure laziness n shame...
