I need to request some assistance since the issue was brought on by my own doing. I submitted a claim after my house burglary on 25 Nov 2012. The claim process was problematic because it took ages. After 3 weeks my claim was approved. This was shortly before the Festive period and P&G called me on Thursday the 20th of December to tell me that they are closing for the festive period and my electronics will only arrive in the new year. I then reacted inappropriately and said to the P&G consultant that I would rather request that Discovery settle the amount in cash, I was after all expecting a house full of family over Christmas. This was a wrong knee- reaction and I apologise. In January I have requested in vain that Nonhlanhla re-issue this order to P&G without any success. The one day I called and Lenabo assisted me because Nonhlanhla was on days off. Lenabo has been trying in vain to assist for the last week weeks, and have been great. I now need to ask that someone higher up please look at my case. I once again apologise for being the cause of this problem. I have received the cash settlement, but not the electronics as yet and I am aware that its part my own fault.
