I applied for a personal loan online at FNB and got a sms few minutes later saying: "Dear customer, your loan application has been approved in principle for R25000; we will be contacting you shortly." When they contacted me a day or two later and asked to confirm my details i get asked to hold and then get told no sorry i can only apply for R3000 due to my score witch couldn't be explained to me when i asked. That's only 12% of R25000. I then get told maybe i should try again next month. Really bad service from FNB
