Bad service

I applied for a new personal loan, it was approved and the documents was sent to me. i then queried when the money will be in my account and was told within 24 hours.
i then received a sms telling me to fax my proof of residance and did so.
there has been a lot of calls from me to them and emails from me to them. i demanded they listen to my calls and all come back to me.
they then started telling me it is still being prosesed after i was told it was approved. Kagiso wrote down a different address and now i have been waiting to receive my approved loan from Friday 8th it is now Monday 11th.
