Poor and Appauling Service

I requested for funds to be paid out a 32 day account. I was advised that this would happen in 48 hours. I was at the branch well before 11:00 on the 16th January and left being perfectly clear that the funds would be transfered by the latest monday. I called in on Tuesday the 21 January. I spoke to a helpful consultant Errol who tried to assist me. The following day i spoke to Ayanda who i understand is the team leader or branch manager he assured me that the funds would be paid out by the latest midday today and this has still not happened. Let me remind FNB that its now taken 120 hours and its still not paid. To add insult to injury i was told that they would try and arrange for the cash to be paid out to me but would call me back today this has still not happened. I called the branch to speak to Ayanda and am told to hold on i held on for 10 minutes and no one came back to the phone to advise why i had been holding on for so long. To say the least i have fees that needs to be paid this was made clear to the consultant. I was assured a payout which should have happened on monday. Its taken a total of 1 hour and the matter is still not dealt. ANNOYED SO ANNOYED!!!
