SHOCKING SERVICE

I called Nashua Mobile this morning to query my account. I was transferred from department to department and eventually spoke with Thepiso in Upgrades who was really good. The first person i spoke to said i should speak to Percy and gave me his email address and direct line number. Once i had finished with Thepiso, she too said that Percy will be able to answer the rest of my questions. I have tried for the past 4 hours to get a response from Percy. I have emailed him - eventually marked 'URGENT'; i have called the number given to me by Nashua Mobile and it doesn't even ring. I am frustrated beyond words. I am back to dialling the Nashua Mobile numbers but i'm sooooo tired of listening to their marketing on the phone while i wait in the queue for service. It's just unbelievable what we have to put up with in the way of customer service in this country. It's simply pathetic.
