Ad customer service

I was approved for a credit card on 4 January, did an online application. I then got an sms to say I should fax my documents of which i did with the help of FNB staff at a branch. I have to call the credit card call centre which takes on average 30 minutes to answer calls to get any information. After wasting my time on the phone they give me a different number to call someone who'll be able to "help". Thus far I've been given these numbers 0860327827, 0116322210, 011352 5234, 0116322212 of which on the last one I was told the process has been finalised and i should recieve an sms in a day or two to get the card and that was a week ago. I went to my branch yesterday (12/02/13) and was told the card has been issued but have yet been delivered to them and they didn't know when it will arrive. Either fnb staff is incompetent or fnb itself doesn't know the meaning of customer service!
