I ordered my renewal card on the 7th of October and asked for delivery to Melkbosstrand branch. I phoned yesterday and was told that my card is at Bayside Centre and they will email the branch to phone me back. I called this morning (18th) to confirm where I can collect my card and spoke to 3 people. 1st person said that they never received my application, 2nd person said that the card is going to my home address and the 3rd person confirmed that it's at Bayside Centre. I then asked if she can give me the number so I can confirm it's there before I drive through all the way from Melkbos but apparently they can't give out the numbers. I've been on the phone with her for 17 minutes and got disconnected. This is really frustrating as I need to every time I speak to a different person confirm all my details and it's taking up so much time. Don't your staff have access to the same system. Why do I get 3 different answers?
