In 2012 i applied online for a cheque acc, the same day a call centre agent phoned and confirmed adress for the "my branch package" that i will receive shortly. On the 21st November, i was visited by a man with my parcel from FNB. According to this person the letter from my HR must state my adress, before we printed the letter i confirmed the letter with him, all was ok. When he had this letter in his hand for the 2nd time this letter didnt contain the words "as per our payroll" and he didnt want to give the package to me.
On 6 January 2013 i was contacted by a FNB lady who said that that letter is exeptable and that they will deliver my card a.s.a.p. Today i received an sms from FNB that the card was cancelled. No reason of phone call? What happened to customer service?
I have been on the phone today for more than an hour and cant get anyone to help me!!! Please stop lying on the radio and tv because you dont have a customer service!!!
