I went to FNB northgate on the 13Th April 2013 to apply for a credit card, I was assited by Smuts (Very helpful) I was then told after all the questions and paperwork that its been approved and it will take 3 working days for my card to be delivered to FNB Northgate branch! however a week goes by and I don't get an sms nor a call to say my card is delivered! I then call FNB customer services! Pathetic really the consultant says please give me your eh eh what is it oh I.D number! (IS THIS THE KIND OF STAFF YOU EMPLOY) anyway she then transfers me to new applications department and there I get told that it takes 5 working days for them load an amount onto the credit card! Still till date no responce!!!

NOW PLEASE TELL ME HOW IS FNB GOING TO HELP ME???
