Absolutely shocking service received

I have had my car insurance with AF since 2009 with my parents, who insure all our household goods, cars, jewellry with alexander forbes. 2.5mnths my car broken into and had a bag from me on the day of my wedding. I contacted alexander forbes two weeks later afterhoney moon, to be told rudely it waschristmas season and the staff are on leave, i was told this infomation ten minutes after being put on hold, and being refered by about 4 people. when New Year started when I was told to contact them again, I phoned them again. It took about 5 phones calls, over the period of a few days to finally get through to the consultan When I finally got through to her she said she would send me through the claim forms-after about ten days and several phone calls later i get through to the receptionist who sends them to me the next day. I sent them through a week later to the exact given email address, and didnt hear frlom them for 2 weeks. my email "didnt get through" odd. Resend. 2 weeks later i hear my claim has been rejected. today, roughly 20 calls later, i still cannot get through to them to find out why my claim has been rejected. they never phone me back as promised. shocking
