I find it incredibly frustrating working with alexander forbes (Ikageleng Letlape claims consultant) when i created my claim Ikageleng was off ill for a week after submitting all my documents. When he returned i has to wait four days for a an assessor to be appointed. then i had to wait two weeks for the report to go to the committee. the committee has taken three weeks and they approved the claim. its been sitting with ikageleng for a week and he has done nothing about my claim. when we call he is either on lunch or out. he does not return calls and they make fun of my girlfriend. i am without transport and the claims department is laughing when we call. actually laughing.
AVOID this insurance at all costs.
