Switching merchant services to FNB Disaste

We have tried to switch from Standard bank to FNB merchant services for all our online transactions.

On 10 Dec 2012 we got approval in principal and now more than 2 months later we are still not live.

It took 3 days top open the required cheque account and it was arranged to sign with merchant services on 7 January 2013.

7 January arrives and no phone call, on follow up we start dealing with Shahieda Hunter as our previous contact had left fnb. There is no urgency shown and we have to wait a week until she can get to us to sign.
Once signed we wait another week and nothing.

I follow up to find out that our application has been delayed due to some form Shahieda did not fill out and she had been away. I get told we should be up and running by wed. That Friday I call again to find out there is a delay with 3d secure.

When I follow up with paygate on 13 Feb, They find out there is an issue with the 3d secure registration.

So after convincing my loyal Standard Bank employer to switch the processing to FNB, 2 months down the line and still no processing. NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE FOR A NEW FNB CLIENT!
