I have put in a claim for damage due to my fridge motor packing up and my laptop that fell on the 10th of January 2013. Between two employees there is still no claim registered at Alexander Forbes. Is this what we pay for and the type of service you get??? I am disappointed in their service. I phoned again this morning to find out what is happening and I was treated very bad by whoever answered the phone. I was told that Sheila will phone me back. I am still waiting! Needless to say my claim is still not registered!!!
