In October 2012 Hail storm hit my hometown Ga-rankuwa north of Pretoria and it damaged some of my roof tiles leading to roof leakage which led to my main bedroom ceiling being damaged everytime it rained. I submitted a claim telephonically at ABSA Ga-rankuwa branch (Claim No. 2279065), Musanda Prjoects came a few days after submitting the claim to make assessment of the damage and they came back after 2months for repairs on 07/12/2012. They fixed some of the damaged roof tiles, replaced ceiling cornishs at our dining room&repainted the dining room, what they didn't do is to replace the damaged ceiling at our main bedroom claiming ABSA Insurance didn't authorise enough funds to do that and they'll return after ABSA Insurance authorise for further funds to replace the ceiling and repaint our main bedroom up until today I'm still waiting for ABSA Insurance & Musanda Project to replace the damaged ceiling. On 21/01/2013 I sent an email to [Email Removed] & CC'd [Email Removed] [Email Removed] [Email Removed] asking what's happening with my claim and no one has come back to me with further clarity in regard with my claim. Could you kindly help.
