Hello

I am paying off this account (Acc no. 541112770002) and on the 6th May 2013, I was given an outstanding balance of R19500 by Omashree Chetty (0313741532). I am paying R2000 on a monthly basis. Today when I contacted Standard Bank vehicle and asset finance a lady by the name of Lorraine called me and said that my balance was R17747 plus and amount for interest. When I call in to query my outstanding balance I expect to get a total amount so that I know what my total outstanding balance is and not get someone to tell me that even if I settle the account my log book will not be released until I settle the interest and that she does not want to argue over the phone. She said that her supervisor named Rishi will call me. I did call again to speak to him and he has not called me. Pathetic service from Standard Bank
