No Customer Service... Why am i Not Surprised

I Have been trying to get a settlement letter on my credit card since 04/06/2013
Up to date i have had no luck!!! Every time i phone into the call centre it's promises and more promises but nothing happens?
Your Service is really bad and your staff seriously needs some training!
If you dont want me to settle the credit card then please dont send me the letter and i wont pay - should you want me to settle this account then please send me the letter that i have requested about 10 times!!!
