I had a Bluebean Credit card, which is long outstanding due to illness etc. I'm back on my feet and im trying to settle my debts. I called std bank for a settlement letter yesterday and I was told to send an email, I sent x 3 emails to [Email Removed] I called again in the afternoon and was told the letter doesn't show on the system, once it shows in the morning ill get my letter. I just called STD bank again now (0861111402), the consultant told me that the letter is there, but I will get the letter in 8working days!!! I mean seriously, the amount I owe is there on the system but I must wait 8working days!! I did advise that I need the letter today (19/07/2013) to give it to the person who is settling my debts before I sign the contract. What is so difficult in typing a letter with the settlement amount and email it to me??? I need this letter today, I have to sort out my debts and STD bank is not helping!!! m so disappointed. Here I am, a customer who is trying to rectify her mistakes etc but im being told to wait 8working days? I don't have 8working days to waste, this needs to be done today. I need my settlement letter today!! [Email Removed]
