SETTLEMENT LETTER

My husband requested 13 January for a settlement letter on his credit card which call center said it takes 7 working days for the letter to be send - which is unacceptable. He phoned again this morning 20 January which call center said it has been send to him by email on the 14??? Up and till now 12:30 on 20 January no settlement letter has been received.
