Failure to furnish settlement lette

Standard Bank requested me to provide them with settlement letters for all my debts. I went to FNB Branch and I was given a number to contact as they could not assist. I phoned the same number and I was told to send an email to [Email Removed] I sent an email to [Email Removed] I immediately got an automatic reply email.

On Friday I contacted FNB again to enqire about the settlement letter. I spoke to Nosipho Dlamini who requested me to re-send an email again to request settlement letter. I sent the email again to her. I once again contacted FNB on Saturday and spoke to Nontobeko Mthimkhulu who also promised to forward another email to request my settlement letter. I sent numerous emails to various departments within FNB amongst others, is credit card complains, and FNB CEO Office including Mr. Jaques Celliers but I could not get any assistance or positive response.

I am now afraid that Standard Bank might cancelled the loan granted to me in order to settle all my debts because they gave me 48 hours to provide settlement letters from all financial institutions I owe.

I am so frastrated and helpless because of poor service I received from FNB.
