I opened an Elite Cheque Account with Standard bank midrand branch, and I was told that the card will be ready in 5 working days. Its now 6 weeks still no card. I have made several calls to the Call centre and they say they cant pick up my card on the system.
What must i do now.
I am a new customer and already i am not happy.
