My damage has been assessed and I received an sms on 23 Jan 2013 that the claim will be processed. 3 weeks later I am still driving around with a damaged vehicle but rest assured, my expensive premiums are being debited on a monthly basis. Oddly enough, I don't expect any resolution from Hollard, as when I called them twice, the first excuse was that they're waiting for a booking date for repairs, and the second request was never responded to. What a joke!
