Oneplan started putting the money they owe me on their Oneplan credit card which I can't use as they have not given me a valid PIN. I have gone through their PIN reset process many times and still don't have a valid PIN.
Their call centre just puts me on hold for long periods of time costing me so far more than R200 in charges. No body calls me back even though they undertake to do so! I pay for medical insurance but are practically not covered. If I land up in hospital I fear these guys will treat me like they have been treating me! All I want is the money that they owe me. Their old system of paying into your account worked, but now their new system is dysfunctional for me!!!
