Hi, I have sent 4 sms's to the given number, smsing my i.d number and the last 4 digits of my card, I have not received anything. I have emailed, I have phoned, I'm just told to send a sms to the number. It does not work. What's the use I'm paying for this "Insurance" if I can not use my card. Honestly, it should not be this difficult to get your pin reset.
