On the 08th of February 2013, I went to Standard Bank, Nelspruit, Riverside Mall Branch to make follow-ups on the account of my mom who has passed on. I was told to leave the necessary documents as the person who deals with such cases has knocked off. I was told that the responsible person was going to call me to give me feedback with regard to my issue.. I never received a call from the branch. I returned to the bank on the 11th of February 2013, only to find that nothing had been done with regard to my case.
I was then given an insurance number to call to arrange for the settlement of my mom's account as she had a loan with the bank. When disputing that, they gave me my documents.
I then left because I was not assisted
