TRANSFER OF FUNDS FROM MY DEACESED MOM'S ACCOUNT

On the 25th of January 2013 I went to Capitec Bank, Carolina Branch for the transfer of my deacesed mom's account to my account of Standard Bank and repayment of the transactions that took place in the account despite the account frozen. The ID number of my mom is 6803040747082. The person who was assisting me indicated that after 7 to 10 working day, I will receive a correspondence from the bank. 10 days passed without receiving the correspondence. On the 11th of February I called the bank to heck on the progress but didnot receive convincing response.

I then asked for the number of CCS, Consultants who deal with the debt review. On the 12th of February 2013 I called CCS. THe consultant that assisted me told me that all the issues with regard to the account were delt with and will get the funds on the 14th or 15th of February 2013 but have to all them on the 13tth of February 2013 to confirm. When calling today to cconfirm another person assisted me and told me that that the application of the transffer of the funds was not done so I will not get the money this week.

I then hanged up.
