Shocking Service from Standard Bank

I have been a Standard Bank customer for more than 5 years. This past weekend, 26th January 2013, I visited Standard Bank Braamfontein so that i could do Moneygram transfer. I have always used this branch to do the transactions since i moved to Johannesburg some two years ago. A lady helper, one Mabaso, told me that the person responsible for Moneygram was not at work that day. I should go to another bank or come another day. I went back to the bank today, 28 January 2013, and hoped that the teller responsible for Moneygram teller would be back. Now, I was told that the person is on leave and is only coming back on the 8th of February. My question is why did they not tell me that the first time i was there. The second is, why would services at the such a big bank, depend on only one person. I then asked them about the nearest bank with foreign exchange facilities and they told me that i should go to Johannesburg CBD Branch. I went there only to be told that they need to get my file from Braamfontein Branch. I spent two hours while they were calling the Braamfontein Branch. I was then told that they can't find my file at Braamfontein. I am totally stunned.
