INCOMPETENT LAZY STAFF

My Dad passed away 6 Jul 2013, I went to the Festival Mall branch to advise the Bank, as Dad did most of his banking and policies through Std Bank. The person in the branch could not refer us to Late Estate Division, we were given a contact person name and number who when we called said thats not her job. My Dad's cheque account is still active to date, (17 September 2013), and his Estate documentation has still not been resolved, Insurance premiums and policies are still being deducted off the deceased's account and he had Insurance with Standard bank which they deny any knowledge of! Standard!! - Useless!
