My own bank doesn't trust me... I am shocked

Dear All,
Kindly be advised that my application for credit was declined by a male Capitec consultant at Cresta Branch just because he things that the fact that my company pays me on or before the 25th of each month makes my profile a high risk for Capitec Bank. After spending about 2 hours in the branch with the said consultant who was keep on insuring me that everything would just be ok, I had to convince my company's financial department to draft a formal letter with a clear official statement/explanation of the discrenpency between the Net salary stated on the pay slip and the cash wired into my Capitec account. In addition to this letter, I did submit all the required supporting documents hoping that everything would be ok. The consultant advised that he would motivate my application and send my file to the Head Office for final decision. Guess what, the guy gave me a call the following day informing me that I stand no chance to be approved especially due to the fact that my salary was wired into my account on different dates. I was shocked. Capitec Bank, why don't you trust me? Do you want me to leave you for another bank? Why making me feel so stupid and unwanted? Shocking!
