I have a dream maker policy, but recently cancelled it via e-mail 3 weeks ago. They never confirmed that my policy has been cancelled, I sent a mail yesterday again and still no reply. I had to phone now, just to tell me that I did not send anything after I insisted they found my mails. But still told me to go into a branch to get my money back. So if I had the time to go into a branch I was gonna go 3 weeks ago. I still don't know if they gonna give my money back or what.
