I went to Sunninghill/Rivonia Nedbank branch about 3 weeks ago whereby a banker assisted me in giving notice and closing down my Dream maker account. He confirmed that I will NOT be debited the monthly debit and that I would get paid out my Dream Maker investment within 10 days.
It is now 3 weeks later and I HAVE BEEN debited my monthly instalment. I have not been paid out my investment like i was promised.
I logged a Ask Once query for this yesterday and have still not had 1 response. No one is assisting me.
This is the 3rd time I am asking for the same thing! where is Nedbanks service???
