I cancelled my policy 18 June 2013 with effect from 30 June 2013 with the call center due to TERRIBLE SERVICE and one of the agents confirmed receipt in writing.
On 1 July 2013 they ran the debit order for the cancelled policy and when I phoned the call center I was advised that the policy has still not been cancelled even though they have confirmed receipt in writing.
The lady eventually cancelled the policy and then told me I have to wait until the 7th before I can get my money back that they took from me without authorisation
I have been promised that a manager will phone me today before close of business, in stead I get a mail from another call center agent telling me my policy has been cancelled but still no call for the manager.
