Esther @ 012 310 7076 explained the death and accident policy to me (R45000), for R165 per month. I phoned Lynette Vorster to confirm the policy and she told me that a person over 60 cannot take out the policy. I immediately cancelled the policy and received no further correspondence. On my Jan-Feb statements I saw deductions of R173.20. They continued deducting the amount, Feb/Mar and Mar/Apr. I sent e-mails and it was confirmed that the policy was cancelled on 30 11 2012. Riana Swanepoel stated that it was cancelled. I was subsequently told that I will not get re-imbursed.
