I have cancelled my contract with MTN on 6 November 2013, however MTN still deducts money from my bank account. I have really send and phoned so many times with just NO LUCK!

I have no idee how to get rid of these debit orders and MTN!

I have spoken to a Phindile Zondo on 6 November who has given me an early termination value which I have then paid and Patrick Moswele even send me a mail confirming the cancellation and said that there would be no futher costs involved.
Then there was money deducted and the end of November and December. I then spoke to Sancia Meth who then send numerious mails to Patrick Moswele to refund me and we had no joy of him even replying to any mails.
The other problem is when I tried to speak to Belinda in Richards Bay branch she said that I have to phone the Durban branch, tried phoning the Durban branch they at first said that they cannot assist on phone I have to mail. I then refushed to send any further emails as they simply dont reply and demanded to speak to someone.

This is this is now costing me more than what is should if I had just left the contract to expire end December.
