An employee's "relative" completed an application and faxed it to Clientele Life. Clientele Life were happy to just capture details, process an "application" (WITHOUT verifying that the application is in fact from the applicant/name on policy) and deduct premiums monthly. Apparently they do not have the resources to confirm each application!!! As my employee knew the person, they will NOT REFUND the monies deducted via stop/debit order. What a shame!
