CALLD 111 ON 01/06- ADVISD CALL CNTRE BIS WAS NOT ACTIVATED-AGENT ADVISED IF SHE ACTIVATES BIS I WILL HAVE TO PAY A FURTHER AMNT- TOLD AGENT ACCORDING TO CONTRACT WE TOOK IT WAS ALREADY INCLUDED IN UPGRADE OF R189 INCL OF R135 AND BIS-CONSULTANT ADVISED I NEED TO SPEAK TO SALES- SALES CUDNT HELP ASKED I SPEAK TO UPGRADE. HELD ON FOR ABT 25MIN PRESSED # SIGN 4 CALLBACK. NO ONE CALLED. CALLED 111 AGAIN ADVISED OF PROBLEM SPOKE TO KINGSLEY. HE ADVISED HE CANT HELP BUT WILL GET SOMEONE TO CALL BACK. NO ONE CALLED. DIALLED 1959 DIRECTLY AS ALL AGENTS KEPT ADVISING THAT WE NEED TO TALK TO UPGRADE DEPT. THEY NEVER EVER PICK UP THEIR FONES, AS IF ON WEEKENDS THEY ON HOLIDAY. PUT THE FONE DOWN CALLED 111. SPOKE TO NONI (TOTALLY INCOMPETANT AGENT). ASKED IF SHE IS IN CUSTOMER SERVICE, SHE REPLIED YES. EXPLAINED ENTIRE PROBLEM TO HER, ALSO ADVISED NEED TO LOAD BIS AT ADDITIONAL COST. TRIED TO EXPLAIN TO HER AGAIN THAT IT WAS INCLUDED IN CONTRACT, SHE THEN ADVISES SHE IS NOT IN CUSTOMER SERVICE. ADVISED WANT TO CANCEL CONTRACT. SAID I MUST SPEAK TO CANCELLATIONS, SPOKE TO SALES.BONGANI WAS VERY HELPFUL -ADV EVERYTHING IS ON SYSTEM CONTRACT OF R189 INCL BIS. HOW CUD NO ONE ELSE SEE THAT.
