New account process - pathetic! (ref no 51503676)

Went to Greenstone S/C at 6:30p/m. On arrival Mildred and another lady advised me that they could not contact RCS as their telephone line does not call out. I thought this was strange, so told her that I wanted to finalise the account and make my purchase, so I would offer to call them on my cell phone, they happily agreed and I made the call. I spoke to Takupa who verified my pers details which was in order and that she would sent through an agreement for my signature regarding the terms and conditions, so the card could be issued. She spoke to the sales lady and advised her to check their email for the document. I patiently waited whilst the staff in the store carried on getting ready to leave, ignored 15 minutes passed and still no doc received, she advised me so I told her to call RCS back, once again we did so on my cell phone, they sent the agreement again, still nothing was received by the store. I had been in the store for 30 min. young white guy told me it hadnt come thru and it was RCS fault and not the store and he cudnt do anything.very unhelpful/arrogant, offered no solution and wasnt interested-let me leave the store-no card and no purchase-said was ok if I complain
