CARD CLINED ON THEIR SIDE BUT MONEY DEDUCTED

I was at Mooi River Mall (11/04/2013) at cape Union Mart, i wanted to lay-by a jacket. The cashier swiped my savings card and said it has decline whereas in my phone has reported that it went through, the amount of R200. was deducted, then they told me that it will be reversed after several hours and they swiped it again the amount of R200 was deducted again that means R400. was out of my account.

so i went to my bank Branch and come with financial statement. When i show them, they said it still pending i must wait, i went to the shop several times doing the copy of my financial statement saying after liaising with their head office will come back to me, till today no respond that i received from them.

The manager of the store by the name of ESTRN MEIRING was not giving a negative customer service, she once rolled her eyes when i was there and i was not very happy because that was non verbal communication which says she was bored of me coming to the store now and then. i need my money back. I was falling in love with the style of their store and now when i remember what happened i passed by! I am not happy at all.
