I have been trying to cancel my account with
momentum since last year December, it seem to me they don't want to
cancel it.

first time i called them they told me they sending me forms to sign so
they can cancel the account. i waited and i waited no forms arrived, i
called 2nd time this year January, they told me i don't need forms to
cancel they will get someone to call me and help me cancel the
account, i waited and waited again no one called.

i called them again and someone told me to give her my account number
and email my id copy so she can cancel, when i send the id, they
return me a form to verify my details, then the ask me a proof of my
address which i cannot find any where,
i sent a statement from one of my store account they said no, i sent
bank statement as proof again no, i sent proof of my account and bank
statement they said no again again.

then during the day they called me and asked me to go to the bank and
get a KYC'ed latter, which the bank cannot give me, I don't have land line, i don't have a house, i don't have insurance. i gave them all the paper work with my name and address on it.

Even if they take the
money, i will be happy if the cancel it.
